No Refund Policy

At [Black diamond Collective Tattoo], we take great pride in providing high-quality tattoo and

body piercing services in a clean, safe, and professional environment. Please review our No

Refund Policy carefully before booking an appointment or receiving any service.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our services, all payments made for tattoos, body piercings, deposits,

and jewelry sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

● Tattoo services (including custom designs)

● Body piercing services

● Deposits for appointments

● Body jewelry and aftercare products

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure your appointment time. All deposits are non-refundable, but

may be transferable at our discretion if you reschedule with at least [48 hr ] notice. No-shows or

last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Tattoo and Piercing Work

We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction before starting any procedure. Once the tattoo

or piercing has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason. It is the client’s responsibility to

communicate clearly during consultations and to approve all final designs or placements.

Jewelry Sales

For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned or

exchanged, even if unopened.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least [48 hr ] in advance. Failure to do so may result

in the loss of your deposit and require a new one to book a future appointment.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a product from our studio, you agree

to this No Refund Policy.
